Valuation Reports
A valuation report is silmilar to the report required by banks and building societies for mortgage purposes. It is a visual inspection of the property that will flag up any defects that are considered to be significant to value. It includes a full market valuation and an insurance re-build valuation.
This report is less in depth than the RICS HomeBuyer Report, but does provide peace of mind when buying a property without the benefit of a mortgage valuation. This product is designed for modern properties that fall outside the remit of the RICS HomeBuyer Report. Please call to discuss your requirements.
